At the Campus we offer a programme of classes, activities and family support for you, your children and the wider school community. These activities run throughout the day from Monday to Friday in Niddrie Mill House.

Tues. 9.15 – 11.15am: ESOL Group – English for Speakers of Other Languages (with Adult Learning Link)

Next course starts:

This free, ten week course will help support speakers of English as their second language improve their communication for conversation, study or for employment opportunities.

Tuesday 1.30 – 2.30pm: Outreach PEEP at the Greengables Nursery School

This outreach PEEP Group held in the library offers the chance for parents with children aged around 0 – 1 years old to come together for a fun time with story, rhyme, songs and advice on how to support your child’s age and stage of development.

Wednesday 9.30 – 11am: PEEP Spectrum:

Songs, rhyme and play sessions for Parents/Carers and children affected by Autism.

Wednesday 1 – 3pm: Raising Children with Confidence:

Starting 4th November until 16th December

This 7 week course gives parents/carers the chance to explore emotional wellbeing and how we can best promote this in ourselves and our children. Drawing on the latest findings and research, Raising Children with Confidence helps to explain why what we do makes a difference.

 

Thur. 9.15 – 11am: The Sunshine Club (50p per session)

Sunshine CLub

Drop in to our Toddlers’ Group to meet other Parents and Carers with their pre-school child.  We have fun indoors and outdoors and make new friends.
